assists constituents with Federal Government matters including Canadian Passport, Immigration, Citizenship, Canada Revenue Agency, Employment Insurance, Dental Program, Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security and Guaranteed Income Supplement issues
office will provide congratulatory messages for birthdays, anniversaries, grand openings and other special occasions
can also request messages from the following offices:
- congratulatory messages for birthdays from the Prime Minister- 65th birthdays and up (at 5-year intervals)
- congratulatory messages for anniversaries and birthdays from the Governor General- 90th birthday, 50th anniversary and up (at 5-year intervals)
