Non-municipal documents requiring a commissioner of oaths and affidavits can be commissioned at Barrie City Hall, 70 Collier St. Some documents require an appointment while some do not. For full details visit this web page: https://www.barrie.ca/services-payments/document-commissioning

Members of Parliament and Members of Provincial Parliament have staff at their Constituency offices that are commissioners of oath for some types of documents. Always call ahead to be sure staff is available.

The Superior Court of Justice - Civil Filing Office has a commissioner of Oaths available for court related matters only.
