| Hours | Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm Clinic times change from day to day. |
| Areas Served | Collingwood ; Grey Highlands ; Stayner ; Wasaga Beach |
| Eligibility | Pregnant women needing prenatal, birth and postpartum care.
Residency Requirements: Serves the North Simcoe - North Dufferin area. The catchment area is bordered on the west by County Rd 124, touching south along Highway 89 at Shelburne through Angus . |
