Community Volunteer Income Tax Program
Y.U.M. frozen meals - available to pickup in Markdale and Dundalk (delivery to Chatsworth may be available)

In Markdale:

free open gym with various equipment such as treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and free weights
skate exchange - offers free ice skates (delivery to Dundalk is available).

Eligibility	For Primary Care Services: must enroll to have a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner waitlists are in place for allied health services and priority is based on condition Must have a referral from health care provider for physiotherapy Unless otherwise noted, all other programs and services are available to all community members
Application	For Primary Care Services (This is not a walk-in clinic.): For new clients, submit a form called "Request for a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner" to have primary care at the Community Health Centre. Note: Roster of patients is full at this moment and waitlist is closed. Rostered patients can phone to make an appointment Same day /urgent care appointments are available for rostered patients.
Languages	Interpretation services can be arranged in advance, and sometimes on-demand if interpreter is available.
