Home Help Program (indoors) helps with routine tasks around the home, such as:

• meal preparation

• laundry

• light housekeeping

• grocery shopping (plus the cost of gas)

• interior window cleaning(1st floor only, no ladders)

• gardening

• errands

• other cleaning duties.

The work can be done on a one-time basis or more regularly, depending on the need.

Home Maintenance Program (outdoors) helps with maintenance and repair work such as:

• heavy house cleaning

• yard maintenance

• snow shoveling

• cleaning outside windows

The work can be done on a one-time basis or regularly, depending on the need.

Workers cannot perform any work that requires skills associated with the licensed trades, such as electrical, plumbing, appliance or furnace repair, etc.

NOTE: Community Support Services uses approved Brokered Workers who are paid directly. The client needs to supply all equipment and cleaning products. In situations where the Worker supplies and uses their own equipment (like lawn mowers or snow blowers), they will present the client with a firm job price, and the client can then acceptor reject the offer prior to the work being done.
