    • above-guideline rent increases
    • housing maintenance applications
    • multi-tenant housing

Education, Training and Advocacy

  • tools for self-advocacy
  • educational materials about tenant and housing rights
  • workshops about housing rights
  • advocates for the implementation of rights-based housing policies to ensure everyone has an adequate, accessible and affordable place to call home
