| Description (Service) | Supports Seniors and Older Adults to remain independent in their own home by providing three levels of assistive support: Homemaking Services include: light housekeeping - shopping and laundry. Personal care services are not provided in this program. Low Acuity Services provide: One to two hours of personal care support per week. . Assisted Living Services provide: support with personal care and hygiene, laundry and meal preparation. |
