Description (Service) | Support for people living with diabetes, pre-diabetes, Type 1 diabetes * One-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise and other lifestyle choices * Registered nurse, dietitian on staff Additional services available in group and individual settings include: * starting insulin * insulin pumps * education programs * pregnancy and diabetes * education awareness events * education and training for health care professionals * community service group |
