Hours | Mon-Fri 7 am-8 pm, Sat 9 am-4 pm, no service Sun and holidays |
Areas Served | Port Hope (Municipality of) ; Port Hope (Municipality of) - Ward 1 (Urban area) |
Eligibility | Residents of the Municipality of Port Hope, Ward 1, with a disability (permanent or temporary), who is unable to board regular public transit |
Application | To register for the ROLLS Specialized Transit Service, a form must be completed by a health care practitioner (e.g., case manager, chiropractor, occupational therapist, physician, physiotherapist, social service agency, visiting nurse). Completed forms may be submitted Attention Transit Coordinator to:
