| Description (Service) | Offers a wish program that provides hope and joy to children who have a life-threatening medical condition * the agency is supported by more than 150 volunteers who work to grant the unique and personalized wish experiences of seriously ill children * all factors as they relate to the wish and the wish child are taken into consideration, and then the wish is planned accordingly Make-A-Wish does not solicit wishes. |

| Eligibility | Ages: 3 year(s) - 17 year(s) Eligible children are referred by family, friends, medical personnel or social workers - the child may even refer themselves for a wish. Once a child's medical condition has been verified and the child deemed eligible, the child's wish will be granted. |
