During a significant emergency incident or a declared disaster, the Public Inquiry Line will be activated to provide important emergency information and direction to citizens.

To obtain information or to report a NON-LIFE THREATENING problem related to the emergency situation, call 705-876-4636.
Please note, this number is not intended to replace 9-1-1 calls.
In addition to the Public Inquiry Line, citizens are encouraged to tune into local radio, television and newspaper outlets and Municipal social media channels (twitter and Facebook) to obtain regular emergency information updates.
