Boundaries | 20 km radius of Lakefield or a member of the Kawartha Nishnawbe or Lovesick Lake native Women's Association |
Eligibility | Indigenous Women Men and their families. Can be self identified, status card not required
The Health and Wellness Program supports Indigenous people who are Older Adults, Physically Challenged, and Chronically Ill Community Members The Community Action Program for Children supports Indigenous children between the ages of 1-6 years and their families. All programs and services: from 1 year to eladers. Services provided to those with Indigenous ancestry living on and off reserve in the rural areas surrounding Peterborough County |
