Description (Service) Community organization offering the following services:
  • Aboriginal Prenatal Nutrition Program and Community Action Program for Children (CAPC): addresses the physical emotional, cultural and spiritual well-being of families who live off reserve with a focus on children from 0-6 years of age and their families. Child care provided.
  • Long Term Care Program: Healthy living information, resources, and referrals for all seniors, physically or intellectually challenged and chronically ill community members of Indigenous ancestry who live off-reserve

Eligibility Aboriginal Women Men and their families. Can be self identified, status card not required
