Description

Description (Service) Assists infertile couples who have been unable to conceive.
  • Services include OHIP-covered office visits, investigations and advice, as well as cycle monitoring and inseminations.
  • When necessary, also provides non-OHIP treatments, including diagnostic and therapeutic services (IVF, ICSI, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis and egg freezing).

Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm  
Sat, Sun 7 am-1 pm for cycle monitoring and procedures only  
No new assessments or reviews on weekends
Areas Served Canada
Eligibility Women and/or couples unable to conceive
Application Referrals from all physicians. Visit website for consultation appointment booking.
