MPAC maintains owner and occupancy information and facilitates municipal enumeration activities. Ontario’s municipal and school board elections take place on Oct 22, 2018. MPAC has the legislative responsibility of producing the Preliminary List of Electors (PLE) for municipal and school board elections. The Preliminary List of Electors is not the Voters' List. Each municipality is responsible for finalizing their Voters’ List.
It is the responsibility of every elector to make sure their information is up-to-date and accurately reflected for electoral purposes. By logging into voterlookup.ca, eligible electors can:
* confirm or update their electoral information;
* add an elector name to an address; and,
