Regular Service
Health Unit offers free preventive oral health services for eligible youth up to 17 years of age.

Services include:
  • Fluoride Varnish application
  • Sealants
  • Scaling
  • Oral hygiene information
  • Assistance for eligible families to access publicly-funded dental treatment programs
Also offers:
  • Oral health promotion resources and dental assessments (visual screenings) to preschool, elementary and high school students
  • Data collected from the screenings provides oral health statistical information about the general school population

Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Areas Served Haliburton County ; Kawartha Lakes ; Northumberland County
Eligibility Dental Clinics: children of families who do not have dental insurance or the ability to pay for them privately 
 
Preventive oral health services: eligible youth up to 17 years of age
