Description (Service) The Infant and Child Development Programs works with families of children whose development is considered to be at risk to develop an Individual Family Service Plan to address goals for optimal development.
  • Infant and Child Development Specialist works with parents/guardians during regular home visits
  • Consultation with other service providers, including physicians, school, child care and other agencies is provided

Eligibility Infants and children (birth-successful school entry) whose development is considered to be at risk.
