Fields calls from answering machine to assist with food, medical, dental, glasses, utilities, rent, mattresses, clothing, boots, transportation, etc.

  • Clients are visited in homes by two members for evaluation and to provide assistance.
  • Members volunteer at the Lindsay Community Food Market.
  • Members assist regularly with ecumenical soup kitchen once a month at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.
  • Financial assistance is given to Lindsay Community Food Market, St. Andrew's Ecumenical Soup Kitchen, A Place Called Home and Kawartha Lakes Pregnancy Centre.
  • Two awards are presented at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School as well as financial assistance with items as requested for elementary school children in St. Dominic School, St. John Paul School and St. Mary's School in Lindsay
  • Offering Christmas food hampers and food voucher for families and individuals in need over the Christmas holidays.
  • Offer gifts for young children through the Angel Tree and Adopt-a-Family program at Christmas.
  • NOTE: 2024 Christmas Hamper Program is Full for the year.
