| Duties | Do you have a passion for gardening and have a few hours to spare? If so then this flexible volunteer gardener position is for you. This position will help local, older people who want to keep on top of their gardens and/or lawns but need help from the community to do so. Volunteers gardeners are needed to assist with maintenance of gardens and lawns when they can. This could include: light gardening, weeding, lawn cutting and/or planting on a one time, occasional or temporary basis. Usually, volunteer gardeners will carry out their tasks alone, but may be with direction from the person needing support. | |||
