Duties* Based on local recruitment plans and needs, identify high potential events/locations/ people to connect with who would be a great fit as Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) volunteers  
* Be active within the community promoting CCS as a place to volunteer (attending networking events, volunteer fairs etc.) 
* Engage in elements of the volunteer cycle as new volunteers are on-boarded (reference checks, entering online postings, etc.) 
* Work closely with staff partner to coordinate recruitment activities and track results
