DutiesTo deliver/pick-up materials from locations throughout Simcoe County.  
Pick up materials from the Society offices or designated location. 
Deliver materials to participating locations within a specific time frame. Give the materials to the contact person or their designate. At prescribed time, pick up completed materials from the participating locations. Deliver completed materials to the Society office or designated location. Keep completed materials from participating locations separate from each other. Keep materials organized and in good condition.

Commitment LengthMedium Term (4 months to 1 year) ; Deliveries and Pick-ups are done in the time period of a week to 10 days. Once that cycle is complete, there may not be other deliveries/pick-ups for months, or until next year.
Interaction LevelSolitary ; One-on-one ; Basic interaction with designated location for distribution/collection and with participating locations.

SeasonsSummer ; Fall ; Late August to Early October. There are other times through the year when other deliveries and pick-ups need to be made.

TrainingOrientation ; Training is provided ; Training on the job ; New volunteers are required to participate in an interview. At the interview they will receive information about the kinds, frequency of deliveries/pick-ups.
TransportationCar required - Volunteers must have a valid driver's licence, insurance and a reliable vehicle.
CostVolunteers must be able to drive to the various locations. Mileage is covered.
Police CheckRequired
Additional RequirementsAble to deliver and pick-up materials in a timely manner. 
Volunteer must have their own insurance policy for their vehicle.
