Description (Service)

For youth who are experiencing significant social, emotional, and behavioural problems who require an intensive 24 hour therapeutic setting

residential placement is considered after other community based interventions have been attempted
families are expected to be involved in ongoing service
12 residential beds in 2 homes

Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, evening appointments available Central Intake Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Application	Referrals for the Live in Treatment program: call Intake at 705-725-7656 Referrals for Live in Treatment beds are accessed through Simcoe County Residential Central Intake Committee or York Region Residential Central Intake Committee Referrals can be made by parents, legal guardians, professionals, agencies and by self-referral
