Description (Service) Role is to bring network of support together for developmentally disabled individuals and their families, provide case management, provide direct service in Early Intervention services, advocate for integration opportunities for the developmentally disabled individual, provide respite services when needed, educate the community about the developmentally disabled, support the core service agencies in the county who provide residential and day programs 
Programs offered include:  
* Community Resource Service for Adults (Adult Protective Service Worker Program) 
* Family Resource Service for Children and Families 
* Respite Care Service for Adults and Children 
* Crisis Response Coordination Program 
* Complex Care Case Management 
* County-wide sponsor for the Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) 
* Passport Program 
* Transitional Age Youth Coordination 
* Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (MotherCare) 
* Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Initiative
