Description (Service)

Free seven-week mental wellness program delivered online

uses Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques to help people ages 13-30 to cope with feelings of stress and anxiety
gives young people the chance to connect with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings
group is led by trained mental health professionals in a safe supportive environment
joint program through a partnership with Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County

Hours	Y Mind Teen (ages 13-18): Tue 4 pm-5:30 pm, begins Feb 6, 2024 Y Mind Youth (Ages 18-30): Wed 5:30 pm-8 pm, begins Feb 7, 2024 Check Website for upcoming sessions
