Community initiative to promote and support early childhood educators in their continuous commitment to excellence in early learning and child care programs. Provides a framework for best practice to guide early learning and child care centres to:

deliver high quality services for children and families
ensure practices are current and responsive to family and community needs
have access to the resources and professional development they need to help them provide the highest possible quality care
