| Description (Service) | Offers financial assistance available to homeowners in low to moderate households who meet income eligibility and are in need of energy efficiency upgrades as well as accessibility upgrades for persons with disabilities. Eligible repairs under the program may include roofs, windows, furnaces, ramps, handrails, chair and bath lifts, height adjustments to countertop and other similar repairs. |
