Service Details
Public Comments | SEGCHC clinics is not able to serve people living in Hanover. People can access other nearby CVITP locations: Marg Dennis or drop in to Walkerton Library clinic E-file (for current and past 3 years) can only be done Mar-Dec (approx). Returns for returns older than 4 years can be done, but must be filed through the mail. |

Eligibility | Only for residents of Chatsworth, Grey Highlands, Southgate and West Grey. Is not able to assist residents of Hanover. These suggested maximum income levels should serve as a guideline only Single individual - up to $35,000 Two-person family - up to $45,000 (combined income of a couple, or one adult with one child under 18) + add $2,500 for each additional dependent child in the family Local community organizations have the flexibility to adjust or set additional eligibility criteria for taxpayers based on the local economic environment, the population they serve, and their own capacity Volunteers do not prepare tax returns for complex situations such as:

Application | Income tax returns are completed in person while you wait at the listed clinics on a first come first served basis. See above schedule to find your closest location, date and time. Contact South East Grey Community Health Centre at 519-986-2222 ext 6375 if a client does not have transportation. |
