Description (Service) Portrays Cottage Country’s unique history. Interactive displays and children’s activities, illuminating lectures, intriguing walking tours and special events, such as our ButterTart Festival on Saturday, July 13th 2019 
 
Other events for 2019 include: Canada Day Open House -- there'll be refreshments and FREE Birthday cake * Thanksgiving Open House, Sunday, October 13th from 10 am to 4pm for apple pressing, corn husk doll making, wool spinning, and other pioneer craft demonstrations.  
 
Feature exhibit for 2019 -- 'Muskoka -- a wilderness destination' 
 
Gift shop with Muskoka books, souvenirs, 'stuffs' and other kids stuff.
