Description
Description (Service) | A proactive life protection program for individuals living with cognitive disorders who may wander. Participants in the Project Lifesaver program wear a wristband that emits a tracking signal. The program combines radio technology with a coordinated police response to assist in locating wandering or disoriented loved ones. When caregivers call 911 and ask for police to report their loved one is missing, trained officers respond to the area where the person was last seen with a mobile tracking system. |
