Vendor Concierge

• greet vendors within a defined area of the festival

• direct vendors to parking areas.

• ensure they know where their booth space is located

• confirm Vendors set-up within the boundaries of their booth space.

• ensure vendors receive any set-up assistance they might require.

• Do NOT attempt to deal directly with people in conflict. Notify an event organizer and/or Security

Various opportunities inculding:

• Friendly visiting 

• Activity programming. ie. crafts, coffee socials, inter-generational programs 

• Student placements and internships (College/Universities) 

• Administration 

• Meal assistance 

• Pet visitor 

• Music volunteer

The Beer tent Server is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service, efficiently serving beverages, maintaining clean work area.

• welcome customers
• take orders acuratley
• serve beverages promptly & ensure customer satisfaction
• handle cash an card transactions acurately - provide acurate change and receitps to customers
• follow all health and safety guidelines
• clean surfaces regularly
• work effectively with other volunteers
• communicate any issues or concerns to the Beer Tent Supervisor
• minimum age 19
• Smart Serve required

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the WSA President oversees the operation of a local art gallery and interfaces with community arts groups, volunteers, various levels of government and the media.  Board meetings are held every other month on the second Wednesday, in the evening and some additional committee work may be required. 

Help Senior Wish expand into Simcoe County to ensure that no senior is left isolated, alone and feeling like society has forgotten them. Help is especially needed to prepare for our Christmas Wish program starting in Sept.
