Volunteers work with Alzheimer Society Family Support Coordinators in 1) a morning Support Group, 2) an afternoon Support Group or 3) an evening Support Group, depending upon the community.
The Support Group Facilitator provides a leadership role within a peer support group and ensures a supportive and constructive atmosphere for group participants. We welcome ideas from volunteers on creating a group that would be beneficial for the community in financial, gardening, social, or health & wellness.
